In the beautiful region of Calabria we find the town of Scilla , a small town whose lands were described by Homer and poet Alessandro Manzoni. These attributed to the presence of its coast a mythical sea beast called " Scylla ".

The population of Scilla has 5,200 inhabitants, who live in the city fractionated into two major locations: the center, where we have the "Is" a tourist town Tyrrhenian Sea, located in the central area of the Costa Viola, with its traditional buildings as Patron Saint residence and the second beach area. The most important traditional festival is the "Festa di San Rocco", who is considered protector of the village.

Scilla is among the curiosities and the most beautiful beaches of Italy . A city with the history, old houses that climb steeply glued to the beaches adjacent to the beautiful mountains.
