It is located in San Alfonso del Mar in Algarrobo, Chile, where a computerized suction and filtering ocean water pump maintaining a crystalline appearance. It cost about 4 billion construction and another 4 million in maintenance costs annually. Since its opening it has attracted a lot of tourists.
